Empowered Services offers competitive pay. Compensation varies by position, experience, qualifications, schedule, and other role-specific factors. Review each job posting for its current compensation details; the individual posting and employment offer control the final terms.
What if I am interested in DSP matching but not a specific opening?
Create a caregiver profile so Empowered Services can learn about your availability, location, strengths, interests, experience, and support preferences when exploring possible customer-caregiver matches. A caregiver profile is not a formal employment application and does not guarantee a match, hours, or employment.
What happens after I apply?
Empowered Services reviews the role-specific application and contacts selected candidates about next steps. Hiring requirements, background-check steps, required documents, onboarding, and training occur after a candidate moves forward and vary by position.
What if someone has already chosen me as their caregiver?
Use the Empowered Choice pathway. The person receiving support starts Customer Intake, while the chosen caregiver can begin the official Empowered Choice Provider application. Authorization, employment, relationship, and program requirements still apply.
