What we provide
Empowered Services is certified to provide the services below. Which of them are appropriate is guided by the person's Individual Support Plan and by what is authorized. Availability also depends on age, location, qualified staffing, and agency capacity, so the care team confirms what can start and when.
Support with personal care, meals, mobility, safety, communication, and daily routines.
Trusted support when the usual caregiver needs a break or cannot be there.
Trained team members follow an approved behavior support plan with dignity and consistency.
Authorized personal care, communication, mobility, and related support while a person works.
Support for adults to build skills, relationships, confidence, and community connections.
Transportation support for adults to reach work, activities, appointments, and community life.
Clear roles: the Services Coordinator or Personal Agent leads the Individual Support Plan and authorizes services. Empowered Services hires and supports DSPs and provides authorized services where staffing and agency capacity allow.
