Should I call first or start intake first?
If you already know you want services, Customer Intake is the fastest path. If you feel unsure, call first — many families begin with a simple conversation. Either way is okay.
What should I not send by email or text?
Please do not send Social Security numbers, Medicaid IDs, medical records, financial details, or passwords through general email or text. Use Customer Intake for service details, or call (503) 855-3581 if you are unsure what is safe to share.
Do you serve my county?
We are certified statewide in Oregon, with active local teams in 11 counties. Reach out from any county — if we are not the best fit, we will point you toward the right Oregon IDD resource, like the county CDDP directory or ODDS at 1-800-282-8096.
How fast will someone respond?
A real person typically follows up within 1–2 business days. Office hours are Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm PT, in English and Spanish. For urgent safety concerns, call 911 or 988 — we are not an emergency line.
