Announcements: County offices will be closed Thursday July 4th in observation of Independence Day Have a safe and happy holiday!

A/C resources:

There may be A/C units available through NWFS and you can apply here at the bottom of the page. Note that you have a child with a disability and if they would be medically affected by the heat: https://nwfs.org/basic-needs/climate-change The program states they prioritize folks with medical needs and disabilities.

If you have a Medical Certificate with PGE then Utility Assistance may be able to help with accessing an A/C unit. Call their main line and leave a message requesting this specifically so you will be referred to the correct person. 503-650-5640 https://www.clackamas.us/socialservices/energy

If you do not already have a medical certificate and someone in your household would be medically affected by the heat, then contact PGE to get this set up.
