Come join us for some exciting bowling action every week! Empowered Services hosts regular bowling events at locations across the community, offering a fun, friendly environment for all skill levels. Meet new people, enjoy some laughs, and show off your bowling skills at one of our three venues:

  • Wilsonville Bullwinkles – Every Wednesday, 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. ($5)
  • Sherwood Langers – Every Tuesday, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ($4)
  • Salem TheRec – Every Friday, 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. ($4)

Hello! Believe it or not, Fall is now in full swing, and there are plenty of fun activities happening throughout Clackamas County! We’ve put together a list of events and resources for the IDD community and families to enjoy this season.

  • October Weekends: Fall Fest at Triskelee Farm
    • Where: 29700 SW Mountain Road, West Linn, OR 97068
    • Details: Enjoy trick-or-treat walks, a bounce house, games, pumpkin decorating, and more in a fun fall atmosphere.
  • Pumpkin Patch at Frog Pond Farm
    • Where: 2995 SW Advance Road, Wilsonville, OR 97070
    • When: Sept 20 – Oct 27 (Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat-Sun 8-6)
    • Details: General admission includes access to farm animals, bounce park, and much more! Perfect for family fun.
  • October 4, 2024: Free Movie Screening at Wilsonville Library

  • October 5, 2024: Holiday Flea Market

    • Details: Find antiques, vintage items, and handcrafted goods.
  • October 12, 2024: Harvest Festival at the Big Red Barn
    • Where: 13021 SE Hubbard Road, Clackamas, OR 97015
    • Details: Hay Maze, petting zoo, and local vendors! Enjoy pumpkin painting and cider-making.
  • October 19, 2024: Watermelon Crawl Halloween Bash
    • Where: 14415 SE Wiese Road, Damascus, OR 97089
    • Details: Join us for a family-friendly trunk or treat event from 5-8pm, followed by a costume party.
  • October 26, 2024: Trick or Treat on Main Street
    • Where: American Legion Hall, 2146 SE Monroe Street, Milwaukie, OR 97222
    • Details: Games, prizes, and candy for the whole family – free to the public.
  • October 31, 2024: Haunted Forest at Homewood Park
    • Where: 10821 SE Home Avenue, Portland, OR 97222

Eugene Saturday Market

  • When: Every Saturday in October, 10 AM – 4 PM
  • Where: Downtown Eugene, 8th & Oak
  • What: Oregon’s longest-running open-air market features local artisans, live music, and delicious foods. A perfect space for individuals and families to explore the creativity of the community in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Mount Pisgah Arboretum Mushroom Festival

  • When: October 27, 2024
  • Where: Mount Pisgah Arboretum, 34901 Frank Parrish Rd, Eugene, OR 97405
  • What: Explore a vibrant display of local mushrooms, live music, nature walks, and kids’ activities. This family-friendly event is great for all ages and abilities to learn about nature and enjoy the outdoors.

This is where we do gymnastics.  The special needs class is on Mondays at 3 o’clock.  Is a wonderful class! It’s parent( or caregiver) participation.
