We believe that care should never be delayed, especially when the right person is already within reach.

What makes this program even more unique is its thoughtful and flexible approach to caregiver compensation. We know that every caregiving situation is different, so we offer options designed to meet a range of needs and preferences. Caregivers can select the structure that works best for them—whether that’s taking advantage of unlimited overtime hours at a lower hourly rate (with time-and-a-half pay), choosing a higher flat rate with no overtime, or finding a middle ground that suits their lifestyle. We recognize and value the dedication caregivers bring to their roles, and we want them to feel just as supported and appreciated as the individuals they care for.
