We are almost to May… wow. That went fast. What I love about this time of year is the smells and the incredible lush beauty. I find myself on my walks with my pup saying… wow… wow… wow a LOT because it is just so beautiful! My walks are my jam, my sacred space, my time to think, ideate, ponder and let my mind wonder. I need them like I need food, water and sleep, but sometimes I find it hard to prioritize them over the other tasks that “need” to get done. Do you ever struggle with this? As work picks up, self care can decrease, but how do we make it actually a part of our work instead of in addition? That is my question for the week. I don’t have an answer for you but know, I will be pondering it. What does your self-care routine look like and how do you balance it with all the other “to do’s” on your list?

Lots going on this weekend, rain or shine – not one but two fairs for the CSN and our partners and many more events! Be well.. enjoy the rain … as after it comes lush beauty and sunshine! xxx Annie
